If you are a performer who has earned royalties, residuals and Use Fees under an ACTRA agreement production we might have some money waiting for you.

• Have you worked in a residual category on a production made in Canada? We may have collected Use Fees for you. This includes performers in film, TV, documentary or commercial productions.
• Are you an Estate Trustee or administrator for a performer noted above? If so PRS may have funds payable to the performer’s estate.
• Are you holding on to an uncashed cheque from PRS?
• Have you moved and not updated your address with ACTRA?

If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of these questions, ACTRA PRS may be holding an unclaimed residual payment for you.
