If a production company fails to meet certain requirements outlined in ACTRA’s collective agreements, ACTRA will post a notice to this page about the production company’s failed obligation. If a producer is declared unfair, in accordance with ACTRA’s Constitution and By-Laws, ACTRA members are prohibited from accepting work from the producer. Once the producer is in full compliance with its obligation(s), ACTRA will revoke the Unfair Producer Declaration and ACTRA members may accept work from that producer.
