HOW TO GET VERIFIED:

ACTRA members can verify their membership and add the ACTRA badge to their IMDbPro profiles. Once verified, the badge provides a visible confirmation of their ACTRA membership to industry professionals and audiences viewing their profiles.

To verify your ACTRA membership and add an ACTRA badge on IMDb and IMDbPro, follow these steps:

1. Go to the ACTRA member verification page on IMDbPro and click “Continue.”
2. Log into your IMDbPro account. If you are not yet an IMDbPro member, you will be prompted to join IMDbPro Basic or Premium (member pricing after verification).
3. Input your ACTRA membership number (format: NN-NNNNN), which can be found on your ACTRA membership card or the ACTRA member portal, along with your full name as it appears on your ACTRA membership.
4. Click “Continue” and your verified affiliation and discount will be applied to your account.
5. You can choose to display your verified ACTRA member badge on both IMDb and IMDbPro, or just IMDbPro.

VERIFICATION TROUBLESHOOTING

If you’re having trouble verifying your ACTRA membership on IMDb, please check the following:

1. Make sure your name matches your ACTRA membership profile. The full name you enter on IMDb must exactly match the name associated with your ACTRA membership.
2. Apply for verification through IMDbPro. Verification is only available to IMDbPro members (the paid subscription version of IMDb). Once your ACTRA membership has been verified through IMDbPro, the ACTRA badge can be displayed on both your IMDbPro profile and your public IMDb profile.
   • Already an IMDbPro subscriber? Visit the verification page and follow the instructions to apply for verification.
   • Not an IMDbPro subscriber? ACTRA members are eligible for 30% off an annual IMDbPro subscription. First, log in to your ACTRA membership portal to access the exclusive ACTRA member discount code. Then return to IMDbPro, set up your account, and follow the verification instructions.
3. Make sure your ACTRA membership number is entered correctly. Your membership number must be entered in the format NN-NNNNN.
4. Confirm that your ACTRA membership is current. You must be a Full Member in good standing to be eligible for verification. Verification is not currently available to Apprentice Members.
5. Still having trouble? Contact IMDbPro Member Support. ACTRA does not have access to individual IMDb or IMDbPro accounts and cannot troubleshoot account-specific verification issues.
