The ACTRA Visionary Award recognizes a woman or non-binary individual of notable acting presence who has made significant contributions to advance women and gender diverse individuals within ACTRA and the recorded media and has been influential in their advocacy and volunteer work within society. The word women/woman refers to all women of diverse and varied gender expression. The term non-binary refers to all individuals whose gender does not fit or does not solely fit within the gender binary of male and female. The ACTRA Visionary Award is presented annually on the second Wednesday in April.

ACTRA National Woman of the Year Award

From 2010 and through 2024, the ACTRA National Women’s Committee presented the ACTRA National Woman of the Year Award. The following ACTRA members were recognized for their advocacy and volunteer contributions since the award was first established.
