ACTRA Letter of Support to the WGC

I am writing to share that ACTRA members across Canada are sending solidarity to our siblings of the Writers Guild of Canada, as you enter your final two days of scheduled bargaining with the CMPA.

ACTRA members believe that writers are an integral part of our industry, who deserve protections that see their value respected, and reflected in both their compensation and job security.

We stand together with you, in urging the CMPA to support a fair deal that addresses your legitimate concerns regarding key issues such as AI and fair compensation.
